ABOUT GIORGIA MAE

Giorgia Mae was born in Melbourne, Australia but raised in the sunshine state of Queensland on the Gold Coast from the age of 3. Giorgia began her apprenticeship back in 2012 at a well-known studio in her home town. It wouldn’t be until half way though 2014 when Giorgia would start tattooing as an apprentice at Immortal Ink Tattoo Studio under the guidance of her peers.

Quickly into her tattooing career Giorgia was cast as the apprentice on the new Netflix series Bondi Ink Tattoo Crew and was relocated to Sydney Australia to take part in filming the world-famous television series. Giorgia starred along side the famous Megan Massacre in season one of the Inked show gaining exposure to a worldwide audience giving Giorgia the freedom to chase her career all over the globe.

Giorgia quickly moved to North America spending a year in Vancouver Canada before moving to New York City to work with Megan Massacre at Grit N Glory in Manhattan.

Giorgia left Grit n Glory to help open Brooklyn's newest private studio Everblack Tattoo with co worker and friend Nikki Simpson.

​

Due to the severity of the impact of COVID-19 on NYC and the United States Giorgia has relocated to Melbourne Australia until further notice.
